About Claims for Damages
If the contents of your package are damaged or missing, please refer to the following procedure and contact our customer support. Based on the information provided by us, we will request Japan Post to investigate.
1.If the outer box is damaged and the contents are damaged or missing.
*Please submit the following proof to Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
①International tracking number of the package, and a photo of the label.
②Certificate issued by the local post office.
(please include information such as the name of the item that was damaged or lost)
③Photographs of the exterior and damaged goods.
④Captured images of purchase invoices for damaged or missing content items.
⑤(In case of loss of contents) Actual weight of the delivered package, weighing photograph.
2.If the outer box is undamaged and the contents are missing.
*First, please contact the shopping site to see if the store has split shipments or forgotten to include some items.
*If it is not a shopping site issue, please weigh it against your package and see if the actual weight differs significantly from our shipping weight.
*If the weight of your package differs from the shipping weight, please submit the following proof to our customer support within 7 days of delivery to avoid possible loss of goods during international shipping.
①International tracking number of the package, and a photo of the label.
②A certificate issued by the local post office.
(Please also include the name of the items lost and the weight of the package delivered.
③Photographs of the exterior and damaged goods.
④Captured image of the purchase invoice for the missing items.
⑤Actual weight of the delivered package, weighing photograph.
Based on the above information from our company, we will request Japan Post to conduct a survey.
The investigation and examination by Japan Post usually takes 1-6 months, and we will contact you as soon as possible after the results are announced, so please be patient.
Please be advised that the decision as to whether or not compensation will be provided is at the discretion of Japan Post.
